"Two learning and one work" requires not only learning but also doing. Learning is ideological. Doing is to act honestly. For example, in practical work, we should take the lead role of Party members everywhere, dare to show our identity, dare to accept criticism from the masses, and regularly conduct self-reflection and self-criticism. But some of our comrades run counter to each other for various reasons, such as not paying Party fees in full and on time; not taking part in organizational activities, either having no time, or having something at home, or having something on the spot that cannot be separated from, and so on; unwilling to conduct ideological reports and study summaries, believing that painting is a superficial work. And even talk about words that are harmful to Party members. The oath of membership is completely forgotten. These are all manifestations of disloyalty to the Party, which is far from the standard of qualified Party members. This requires our grassroots Party organizations, especially grassroots Party branches, to make full use of the "three sessions and one lesson" to push the study and education activities to a deeper level, let the advanced take the backward, carry out more effective practical activities, and correct the wrong ideas and practices of some Party members and comrades in thought and action.
"Two learning and one activity" should be carried out step by step and effectively promoted.
