Style:
       Magnetic property and laminating factor based on GB/T 2521-1996. ach grade is guaranteed the maximum iron loss, minimum magnetic induction and the minimum laminating factor. Iron lost should be 1.5T and 50HZ. Magnetic induction should be 5000A/m. Unless otherwise specified, each grade should be supplied basing on iron loss 1.5T, 50Hz and 5000A/m values of the magnetic strength.

ATTENTION WHEN USE CR ELECTRIC STEEL:
During process procedure such as punching, cutting, bending and so on, mechanical stress and strain will be brought forth, which cause magnetic
deterioration proportional to narrower width. For example, when width reduces from 30mm to 3mm, iron loss will increase about 40%. So after
punching, cutting, bending process of electric steel strip and iron core of small size motor and micro motor, it should be annealed to remove stress and
strain and to recover its original magnetic property
Following items should be paid attention to when annealing
Annealing temperature: should not be too high as long as it can recover its original magnetic. If temperature is too high it can further improve magnetic
property, but will be not good for insulation coating and laminating. Oriented electric steel should be around 800+10C while non-oriented be
700~750℃
Annealing time: it means after reaches annealing temperature and the time for keeping the temperature, usually it is the time to heat the steel
uniformed and completely, Actual time should be based on annealing style, furmace type, loading quantity, loading style, and dimension of steel, etc.To
avoid laminated sheet distorted due to strain, speed of heating and cooling should be controlled It's better to heat strip from the side of laminated core.
the cooling speed should be based on loading quantity. If loading quantity within several tons, it should be less than 30C/hour; if more then should be less.
Annealing atmosphere: it should ensure none of oxidation, carburization, and insulation coating deterioration to the lamination sheet. It's better to use
mixture of nitrogen and 2-10% hydrogen. And dew point should below 0℃.
Strictly avoid oxidation and carburization: the carbon content in CR electric strip is below 0.003%. So carburization should be strictly avoided during
annealing. Furnace material such as cover and base plate should use low carbon steel. Grease and oil on laminated sheet surface should be removed
before annealing It's important to avoid laminated sheet oxidation to remove strain. Except use reasonable annealing atmosphere, sealing of furnace
should be confirmed before operation. And before start heating, furnace should be purged by nitrogen or inert gas.
